Barker & Stonehouse : luxury 3 & 2 seater settee suite in Darlington, Durham for sale
Exceptional comfort and luxury. These settees are top of the range, they cost about £4,000 less than 18 months ago from Barker and Stonehouse. Brown leather with super comfy beige cushions plus various scatter cushions are included. The three seater is 7'6" long by 3'6" depth with a 5' x 2'6" cushion/seating area. The two seater is 4' 8" by 2' 10" with a 3'2" by 2'2" cushion/seating area (all measurements are approximate : please check your room & door size because these are BIG !). These are also very heavy so not exactly roof rack friendly, though I may be able to arrange local delivery. Please note one of the rear feet for the bigger settee is missing. It is resting on a block of wood at the moment : the settee is so heavy, it does not move when you push up against so if it is against a wall nobody will know or see that it is missing. I will try to find the foot, but can't promise.
